Noah is a passionate advocate for inclusivity in the arts, weaving a narrative that extends far beyond the confines of traditional theatre. His dedication extends to the intricate interplay of artistic expression and education. They enjoy envisioning the transformative potential of intimacy practice across all levels of the theatrical spectrum. Their work centers on the fact that intimacy practice is not just a stage technique—it's a philosophy that transcends barriers. In this vein, Noah delves into the realms of general education, forging connections with Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and other educational methodologies.

His work as a multi hyphenate theatre artist (actor, director, and intimacy & fight choreographer) within and around his community in CA helps him hone their research. He currently serves as a lecturer in Drama at the University of California, Santa Cruz, and they hold the position of Artistic Associate at New Canon Theatre Company.

Recent highlights include: intimacy and fight direction for A Guide for the Homesick at Theatre Rhinoceros (America’s longest running LGBTQIA+ theatre), co-directing and intimacy choreography for NCTC’s Macbeth, associate directing EnActe Arts touring production of The Jungle Book; Rudyard Revised, assistant directing and fight choreography for An Iliad at the Jewel Theatre Company and intimacy directing the world premiere of The Formula; Santa Cruz Shakespeare. In 2023 they directed Shakespeare’s "Much Ado About Nothing" at New Canon Theatre, which garnered acclaim and earned the distinction of Theatre Production of the Year in Monterey County.
