Amiya English is a recent graduate of the University of South Carolina with a B.A. in Theatre Performance (minor in Women & Gender Studies). Some of her favorite things to do in work spaces include teaching/learning new terminology, encouraging safe spaces for all involved, and building community. She has recently directed Crimes of the Heart at the University of South Carolina Upstate, and will back there in early 2024 to direct a production of Last Night and the Night Before. Recent performance credits include Stage Manager in Our Town, Jasmine in Pipeline, Juliet in Romeo & Juliet, Pearl in Spongebob: The Musical, and Mimi in RENT.
